Job summary

acg is seeking a Senior QA Lead to define the quality and release strategy across multiple applications, including oversight of release management processes.

Lead and provide technical guidance to contract QA analysts across test analysis, design, execution, defect reporting, and resolution. Own testing strategy throughout the SDLC, partnering with program and project managers to align testing efforts with requirements, success criteria, schedules, resources, and delivery goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Testing.
• Experience documenting requirements and designing test conditions.
• Ability to identify problems and develop reusable documentation.
• Strong team leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Define quality and release strategy across multiple applications.
• Lead and mentor contract QA analysts across testing activities.
• Own testing strategy throughout the SDLC with PMs to align with goals.
• Oversee test design, execution, defects, and risk management.
