Job summary

CoverGo is seeking an experienced QA Leader to oversee the testing lifecycle across multiple teams and projects. The role focuses on defining QA processes, standardizing tools, and ensuring comprehensive test coverage throughout the product lifecycle.

You will drive the evolution of QA practices, build scalable test infrastructure, and extend testing into performance, security, and compliance domains. Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years in software QA spanning manual and automated testing.
• Experience managing QA Leads, senior engineers, or multi-team QA.
• Experience in insurance or regulated industries is a plus.
• Proven ability to establish QA processes, tooling, and standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee testing lifecycle across multiple teams and projects.
• Define and enforce QA processes, standardizing tools and coverage.
• Lead scalable test infrastructure including performance & security testing.
• Identify quality gaps, run trend analysis, and mitigate release risks.
• Deliver QA insights to Head of QA and leadership.
• Manage QA Leads and engineers, drive performance reviews.
