Job summary

AAA The Auto Club Group seeks a QA Manager to define quality and release strategy across multiple applications. You will lead contract QA staff, guide test design, execution and defect resolution, and ensure testing aligns with requirements and schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT/CS or related field
• 5+ years QA/UAT experience
• Experience writing and reviewing business requirements and technical designs
• Developing reusable test documentation and cases
• Identifying test conditions from requirements and designs
• Experience with third-party vendor testing
• Strong team collaboration in fast-paced environments
• Knowledge of SDLC and STLC and QA standards

Responsibilities

• Define and execute test strategy across applications and SDLC
• Lead test design, execution, defect reporting and resolution
• Oversee end-to-end testing delivery and risk management
• Manage QA contractor relationship and ensure SLAs
• Expand automation coverage and CI/CD integration
• Provide QA input for go/no-go decisions with stakeholders
