Qualifications

• 7+ years in Quality Assurance / Software Testing with leadership experience.
• Deep understanding of SaaS development, testing, and release processes.
• Experience building or maturing QA operating models and governance.

Responsibilities

• Design, document, and evolve a QA Operating Model across engineering.
• Drive shift-left adoption and quality ownership earlier in lifecycle.
• Own the automation strategy and risk-based coverage.
• Audit processes to identify gaps and risk across teams.
• Define QA metrics and dashboards for leadership visibility.
• Lead onboarding and training for QA and engineering staff.
• Partner with Engineering & Product to embed quality in plans.
