Job summary

CyberCoders, Inc. is seeking a QA & Payments Operations Analyst in Los Angeles, CA. The role combines business QA with payments operations, giving end-to-end ownership over product functionality and money flows.

You will drive improvements across processes, partners, and systems, ensuring accurate testing and issue resolution. Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with card processing, dispute management, and strong collaboration with product and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in business QA, technical operations, or product operations in a cross-functional environment.
• Hands-on experience with credit card processing infrastructure and MIDs.
• Experience managing or responding to chargebacks and using dispute platforms.
• Familiarity with bug tracking workflows and collaboration with engineering teams.
• Attention to detail and track record of resolving issues end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the business QA layer between product, engineering, and operations and validate deliverables against business requirements.
• Test complete user journeys and surface business logic issues and workflow gaps.
• Verify bug fixes are resolved end-to-end.
• Manage multiple merchant accounts and MIDs across processors and acquiring banks.
• Oversee chargeback operations and related platforms; monitor and drive resolution.
• Communicate with processors, payment partners, and vendors on operational issues and integrations.
• Own QA and payments processes from start to finish and close gaps to ensure proper functioning.
