Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer support or technical support in SaaS.
• Ability to troubleshoot software issues independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication to non-technical users.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and meeting SLAs.
• Detail-oriented with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on functional testing of web apps and features.
• Translate requirements into test scenarios and cases.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and users to clarify needs.
• Write bug reports with steps, expected vs actual, and data.
• Support UAT and Agile ceremonies.
• Conduct regression and exploratory testing.
