Zusammenfassung

Global Payments is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst 1 to join our delivery teams, working on one of the highest-volume global payment platforms. The platform processes millions of transactions daily, with a focus on robustness, security, scalability, and quality engineering excellence.

You will be part of a cross-functional agile team, owning testing from discovery through delivery and post-live support, including API, microservices, and automated test execution using Karate.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Test Automation with microservices APIs.
• Experience with test automation and manual testing within agile environments.

Aufgaben

• Design and plan test strategies and test plans for projects and applications.
• Support test planning activities for agile deliveries (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe).
• Analyze requirements and user stories to determine risk and create automated and manual test coverage for APIs and microservices.
• Execute comprehensive testing including API, microservices, and automated test execution.
• Report quality risks and produce defect and test completion reports.
• Create automated tests with Karate for API and service automation; maintain automation framework.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in quality and processes.
