Job summary

Global Payments is seeking an experienced QA professional to validate complex payment systems and ensure end-to-end quality across online, batch, and data verification testing. The role requires a deep understanding of testing methodologies and the ability to guide teams on testing best practices.

You will design exhaustive test plans, coordinate with technical and business stakeholders, and act as a Subject Matter Expert for challenging projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / MIS / Business or related field
• Typically 8+ years of relevant experience
• Relational databases, bankcard industry knowledge, and IBM Rational tools
• ISTQB certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Conducts online, batch and data verification testing and validates results.
• Designs test plans and cases based on project requirements.
• Acts as SME, guiding other testers and stakeholders on testing strategies.
• Coordinates with technical and business resources to resolve complex defects.
• Provides expert interpretation of requirements to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
