Ladders is seeking a Manager, Quality Assurance to lead a QA function focused on loan reviews across the full origination lifecycle. The role emphasizes accuracy, timeliness, and risk mitigation, partnering with operations and cross-functional stakeholders to surface findings, strengthen controls, and convert QA data into actionable insights for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in mortgage, consumer lending, or related financial services.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Expertise in the end-to-end loan origination lifecycle.
• Experience with pre-close and post-close quality reviews preferred.
• Strong investigative and research skills.
• Ability to manage disputes and communicate effectively.
• Proven analytical skills for identifying root causes and driving improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of quality assurance professionals responsible for loan reviews
• Ensure accurate and timely quality assurance reviews
• Monitor quality controls and program-level measures
• Manage daily work queues and address service-level risks
