Ladders is seeking a Manager, Quality Assurance to lead a QA function focused on loan reviews across the full origination lifecycle. The role emphasizes accuracy, timeliness, and risk mitigation, partnering with operations and cross-functional stakeholders to surface findings, strengthen controls, and convert QA data into actionable insights for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in mortgage, consumer lending, or related financial services.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Expertise in the end-to-end loan origination lifecycle.
• Experience with pre-close and post-close quality reviews preferred.
• Strong investigative and research skills.
• Ability to manage disputes and communicate effectively.
• Proven analytical skills for identifying root causes and driving improvements.

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Quality Assurance to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will lead a quality assurance function focused on loan reviews across the full origination lifecycle, with an emphasis on accuracy, timeliness, and risk mitigation. The ideal candidate will partner closely with operations and other cross-functional stakeholders to surface findings, strengthen controls, and improve service-level performance. This person will also translate QA data and trends into actionable insights that support leadership decision-making and continuous improvement.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually
