Diversified is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager – Electronic Security to drive consistency and quality across ESS project delivery. You will reinforce installation standards for access control, CCTV, and intrusion detection, and support issue resolution with field teams.

The role is home-based with up to 25% travel to supported regions; candidates must reside in or relocate to the region. You’ll mentor teams, manage QA/QC, and ensure project compliance and successful deployments.

Competenze

• 3+ years’ experience in commercial construction trades.
• 3+ years’ experience with Electronic Security Systems (ESS).
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Strong leadership and workforce management abilities.
• Proficient planning for pre-installation preparations and materials.
• Effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in document management and ensuring scope adherence.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 25%.

Mansioni

• Deliver and reinforce installation standards and training.
• Serve as escalation point for field issues to maintain progress.
• Monitor onsite performance, quality, and productivity metrics.
• Lead QA/QC activities, including monthly reporting and follow‑ups.
• Provide onsite systems integration support (ESS components).
• Ensure adherence to processes across all project phases.
• Mentor and develop team members with structured growth plans.
• Oversee site safety, quality control, and ISO activities.
• Verify site readiness, conduct surveys, and support commissioning.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve workflows and delivery.
• Act as onsite client escalation point and represent Diversified.
• Oversee subcontractor performance regarding scope, quality, and safety.
• Support internal training initiatives and Diversified Academy participation.
• Complete additional duties to support objectives.
