Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific or engineering field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control within manufacturing.
• Extensive knowledge of QMS frameworks like ISO 9001 and relevant industry regulations.
• Proven ability to manage projects and lead teams remotely using digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the overall Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with industry standards.
• Conduct remote audits and analyze data to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Lead cross-functional teams in root cause analysis and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Oversee product testing, validation, and release processes, ensuring adherence to specifications.
• Drive a culture of quality throughout the organization via virtual training and communication initiatives.
