Job summary

Ethic Tech, LLC is seeking an Electronic Security Quality Control (QC) Manager to oversee testing, inspection, and compliance of ESS installations (access control, video surveillance, alarm systems) to meet quality and contract standards.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, 7+ years in quality control with 5+ years as QC Manager, and a Secret clearance with possible Top Secret eligibility. NICET/ASQ certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Quality Program Management: Develop and implement QC Plans (QCP) for ESS installations, testing, and maintenance.
• System Inspections: Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Compliance & Standards: Align with codes, ISO standards, and DoD contract requirements.
• Defect Tracking: Identify non-conformances and drive CAPA actions.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Interface with PMs, subcontractors, and clients/government reps to resolve discrepancies.

Position Summary

Ethic Tech, LLC is seeking an Electronic Security Quality Control (QC) Manager to oversee the testing, inspection, and compliance of electronic security systems-such as access control, video surveillance, and alarm systems-to ensure installations meet strict quality and contract standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Quality Program Management: Develop and implement Quality Control Plans (QCP) and procedures for the installation, testing, and maintenance of Electronic Security Systems (ESS).
• System Inspections: Conduct routine site inspections and internal audits to verify that work adheres to engineering drawings, technical specifications, and manufacturer guidelines.
• Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to commercial building codes, ISO standards, or federal/Department of Defense (DoD) contract specifications.
• Defect Tracking: Identify non-conformances, lead root-cause analyses, and enforce effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Stakeholder Coordination: Interface with project managers, subcontractors, and clients or government representatives to communicate quality expectations and resolve discrepancies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of relevant experience in the quality control field, including five (5) years of experience as a Quality Control Manager
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Preferred credentials include NICET (National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies) in Fire Alarm or Electronic Security Systems, or ASQ (American Society for Quality) certifications.
• Requires an active U.S. Government Secret clearance and the ability to obtain a Top Secret security clearance.
