Job summary

Diversified, a global leader in audiovisual and media technology, seeks a Manager - Quality Assurance to lead ESS project services. You will mentor teams, enforce standards, and drive process improvements across projects.

The role emphasizes collaboration, training, and frontline escalation management on site. As Senior Manager - Quality Assurance, you will align project needs with client and business unit goals, ensuring quality, velocity, and safe operations while developing team capabilities

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in commercial construction trades and settings.
• Minimum 3+ years with Electronic Security Systems (ESS).
• Proficient in MS Excel and Word and related tools.
• Demonstrated leadership to set the tone at job sites.
• Strong planning for pre-installations and materials coordination.
• Experience in labor management and conflict resolution.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in documentation management and scope adherence.
• Prioritization of safety and quality in project execution.
• Comfort reading and interpreting technical drawings.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and hold a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Training on Diversified installation standards.
• First escalation point for field issues.
• Ensure onsite performance and productivity standards.
• Produce monthly QAQC reports and drive action items.
• Provide onsite support for integration issues.
• Ensure compliance with installation standards and governance.
• Develop growth plans for process and delivery staff.
• Support Quality Assurance program compliance.
• Oversee safety, quality control, and ISO fulfillment.
• Mentor and build strong project teams.
• Coordinate with project teams throughout the life cycle.
• Act as onsite customer escalation point during implementation.
