Job summary

Integra Partners is a leading national durable medical equipment, prosthetic, and orthotic supplies (DMEPOS) network administrator. We focus on quality throughout software delivery and aim to improve release readiness by embedding QA into the lifecycle and leveraging automation and AI-assisted testing tools.

As QA Lead, you will drive test strategy, coordinate across Product and Engineering, and mentor the QA team to elevate quality, coverage, and transparency.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience across functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Experience leading QA execution or mentoring testers.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and QA role in discovery, development, testing, UAT, and release.
• Experience with automated API, UI, regression, and integration testing.
• Experience using AI-assisted tools for development or testing.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day QA practice and set expectations for test planning, execution, documentation, and release readiness.
• Ensure QA work begins when planned and blockers, environment issues, data needs, or scope gaps are identified and communicated immediately.
• Create transparency into what has been tested, what remains untested, current defects, quality risks, and confidence in release readiness.
• Coach QA team members on testing discipline, risk-based thinking, root-cause analysis, and ownership of outcomes.
• Develop and maintain test strategies for new features, enhancements, integrations, defects, and platform changes.
• Coordinate test data, environments, integrations, and dependencies for QA execution.
• Lead defect triage with Product and Engineering; drive risk-based decisions and escalation when needed.
• Increase reliable automated coverage without brittle automation; apply AI-assisted tools where appropriate.
• Evaluate tooling and processes to improve efficiency, coverage, and maintainability.
• Reduce manual regression by identifying automation candidates and integrating tests into delivery pipelines.
