Job summary

Integra Partners is seeking a QA Lead to oversee quality across product delivery. You will drive test planning, execution, and release readiness, coach testers, and collaborate with Product Owners and Engineering to embed quality throughout the SDLC.

The role emphasizes building automation, risk-based testing, and clear visibility into test progress and blockers, with modern AI-assisted tooling where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership of QA across SDLC.
• Experience in risk-based testing and test strategy development.
• Experience mentoring testers and leading QA execution.
• Familiarity with automated API/UI/integration testing.
• Experience with AI-assisted testing tools.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day QA practice, planning, and release readiness.
• Lead defect triage and ensure timely, accurate reporting.
• Develop and maintain test strategies for features and platform changes.
• Coordinate test data, environments, and dependencies for QA execution.
• Drive automation focus and improve regression coverage.
