Job summary

Integra Partners is seeking a QA Lead to drive quality across product delivery, ensuring testability, timely execution, and transparency. The role coaches QA staff and partners with Product Owners and Engineering to embed quality in the software lifecycle.

The QA Lead defines test approaches, tracks quality metrics, and drives proactive issue escalation to protect release quality. A strong emphasis on automation and AI-assisted tooling is expected.

Qualifications

• Hands-on QA leadership experience with Agile delivery.
• Strong testing strategy, risk-based thinking, and defect triage.
• Experience with API/UI automation and end-to-end testing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain test strategies for features, integrations and platform changes.
• Partner with Product Owners early to identify test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate test data, environments, and dependencies for QA execution.
• Lead defect triage and ensure timely remediation of quality risks.
• Define practical QA exit criteria and release readiness.
• Increase automated coverage without compromising quality.
