Job summary

Integra Partners is seeking a QA Lead to own the quality assurance practice across product delivery. The role focuses on making software testable, timely test execution, and exposing critical defects early to ensure releases meet quality standards.

The ideal candidate will lead QA planning, strengthen automation, coach team members, and partner with Product Owners and Engineering to embed quality throughout the lifecycle. Remote opportunities exist with a strong collaboration culture.

Qualifications

• Hands-on QA leadership across product delivery.
• Experience creating test strategies and translating workflows into coverage.
• Proven ability to drive automation and risk-based testing.
• Strong written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day QA practice and release readiness.
• Lead test planning, execution, and escalation of blockers.
• Drive defect triage and risk discussion with Product & Engineering.
• Partner with Product Owners early to identify test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
• Increase automated coverage without compromising critical tests.
• Provide transparent QA metrics and actionable status updates.
