Miratech1 is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to validate next-generation conversational and voice-based customer experience solutions. You will ensure the quality, reliability, and accuracy of intelligent virtual assistants, voice apps, and engagement platforms by testing conversational flows, integrations, automation, and end-to-end journeys.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of Quality Assurance experience with conversational AI, IVR, voice apps.
• Hands-on Cyara suite experience for test design and automation.
• Experience testing AWS Lex and Google Dialogflow CX/ES.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end testing methodologies and QA best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Design and execute functional, regression, and integration tests for conversational AI and voice solutions.
• Validate intents, entities, utterances, and response accuracy across flows.
• Develop automated test suites to improve coverage and release quality.
• Test voice interactions including speech recognition and DTMF inputs.
• Validate integrations between platforms, APIs, and third-party services.
• Document defects and contribute to test plans and quality metrics.
