7Seventy is seeking a QA Engineer, Voice AI Agents, to remotely support our United States operations. You will investigate production issues, validate conversational AI workflows, and improve software quality across live voice AI campaigns.

The role emphasizes defect detection, call behavior analysis, and robust QA processes to ensure reliable agent responses and smooth integrations. Reporting to the Head of Product, you will work with software engineers, deployment managers, and clinical teams

Formación

• 3–5 years in software quality assurance, support engineering, technical operations, or a closely related role
• Experience creating and executing test plans and documenting reproducible software defects

Responsabilidades

• Investigate production issues across live voice AI campaigns and identify underlying causes.
• Perform root cause analysis to distinguish AI behavior, config errors, data issues, integrations and defects.
• Document defects with reproducible bug reports including severity, impact and evidence for engineering teams.
• Triage issues, assess severity, and route to appropriate owners.
• Coordinate with engineers, deployment managers, and clinical staff to investigate issues and improve reliability.
• Develop and maintain QA processes, test cases, and regression suites.
