Miratech is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to validate conversational and voice-based customer experience solutions. You will test AI-driven flows, integrations, and end-to-end journeys across multi-channel platforms, ensuring accuracy and reliability of intents, entities, and responses.

The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams, development of automated tests, and continuous quality improvements.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of QA testing experience in conversational AI, IVR, or customer engagement platforms.
• 3+ years using Cyara toolset for test design, execution, automation and reporting.
• Experience testing conversational AI with AWS Lex and Dialogflow CX/ES, including intents and responses.
• Knowledge of testing methodologies: functional, regression, end-to-end, integration, system.
• Understanding of NLU concepts, intents, entities, context, and escalation workflows.
• Experience validating IVR/voice interactions, including speech and DTMF inputs.

Aufgaben

• Design and execute test scenarios for conversational AI, voice, and customer interactions.
• Validate intents, entities, utterances, responses, and escalation paths.
• Create and maintain automated test suites to improve coverage and release quality.
• Test voice/telephony flows: speech recognition, call routing, transfers, and journeys.
• Validate API and backend integrations across systems and channels.
• Perform end-to-end user journey testing to ensure seamless experiences.
• Identify and track defects; collaborate with developers, architects, analysts, and product teams.
• Develop test plans, cases, execution reports, and quality metrics.
• Contribute to requirements reviews and QA process improvements.
