AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Software Quality Assurance professional to join our remote team. The role emphasizes building regression automation scripts, conducting manual validation, and executing various testing types to ensure software quality.

You will document feature behavior, track pass/fail criteria, and work with product and customer teams to improve testing strategies. A strong emphasis on Gherkin, prompt engineering, and quality engineering skills is required.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in a software quality assurance role.
• 3+ years of experience in automated testing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Gherkin for behavior-driven development.
• Experience with prompt engineering and harness engineering.
• Experience building Agentic skills focused on Quality Engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Build regression automation scripts that support app functionality.
• Manually test software for validation and accuracy based on defined criteria.
• Execute smoke, regression, integration, performance and other testing types.
• Record detailed documentation of feature behavior.
• Record pass/fails conditions of tests and correlate failures to bug identification.
• Collaborate with product teams to ensure quality throughout the SDLC and product release cycles.
• Collaborate with customer-facing teams to incorporate user feedback in testing strategy.
• Participate in refinement and estimations of effort to promote accurate planning.
• Utilize GitHub to maintain automation repositories and run scripts.
• Participate in On-Call rotation.
