Job summary

Stellar Technologies is seeking a QA Engineer to own quality across web, mobile and API tests. You will blend sharp manual testing with automation to reduce bugs reaching production and support fast, reliable releases.

Hybrid approach is welcomed, with remote collaboration across distributed teams. Rely on modern testing tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright and Postman to ensure high-quality software.

Qualifications

• HHands-on experience with manual and automated testing.
• Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright or Appium.
• Programming skills in Java, JavaScript or Python for test automation.
• API testing experience with Postman, REST Assured or similar.
• Familiarity with Jira, TestRail or Zephyr and Agile delivery.
• ISTQB certification is a plus.
• Clear written and spoken English, and comfortable working remotely with a distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Review requirements and write test plans, test cases and test data.
• Carry out functional, regression, integration and user acceptance testing.
• Build and maintain automated test suites for web, mobile and APIs.
• Log, track and follow up on defects until they are properly fixed.
• Plug automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Work with developers and product owners to improve quality early in the cycle.
