Job summary

WCG is seeking a Software Test Engineer to join the Quality Engineering team. You will support testing, validation, and delivery of named products and systems across the SDLC, executing manual and automated test activities and preparing validation documentation.

Collaborate with Software Engineering, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to ensure product quality and compliance while contributing to automated regression suites and validation artifacts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of software QA/test engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise test management tools such as Zephyr or Xray/TestRail.
• Experience executing automated regression suites with Playwright preferred.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies and validation testing life cycles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review requirements and design documentation for testability and alignment with protocols.
• Develop and execute test activities and maintain CSV documentation and traceability.
• Contribute to automated test suites using Playwright for UI, API, and real-time components.
• Maintain test cases and traceability in Zephyr/JIRA or equivalent tools.
• Perform manual regression testing and assist CI/CD regression suites.
