WCG is seeking a Software Test Engineer to join the Quality Engineering team. You will support testing, validation, and delivery of WCG named products and systems, applying risk-based testing throughout the SDLC and collaborating with Software Engineering, Business Analysts, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities include developing and executing test plans, maintaining regression suites with Playwright, and ensuring traceability in Zephyr/JIRA.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 3 years of software QA/test engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise test management tools such as Zephyr (or Xray/TestRail) or Helix ALM.
• Experience executing automated regression suites with Playwright.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies and risk-based testing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organization.

Responsabilidades

• Review requirements and design docs to ensure testability and traceability.
• Develop and execute test/validation activities, maintain CSV documentation.
• Contribute to automated test suites across UI, API, and real-time components.
• Maintain test cases and traceability in Zephyr/JIRA.
• Report defects and support CI/CD validation efforts.
• Prepare data sets and perform load/performance tests.
• Collaborate with engineering and stakeholders to improve quality.
