Job summary

WCG Clinical, Inc. is seeking a Software Test Engineer to join the Quality Engineering team. You will support testing, validation, and delivery of WCG named products and systems across the SDLC, executing manual and automated tests, and preparing validation documentation.

You will collaborate with Software Engineering, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to ensure product quality and compliance while contributing to CI/CD test suites and AI-augmented testing tools as applicable.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in software QA/test engineering; life sciences is a plus.
• Hands-on with enterprise test management tools (Zephyr, Xray/TestRail) or Helix ALM.
• Experience executing automated regression suites with Playwright.

Responsibilities

• Review requirements and design docs to ensure clarity and testability.
• Develop and execute test/validation activities; maintain CSV docs, test scripts, and traceability matrices.
• Contribute to automated test suites using Playwright for UI, API, and real-time components.
