Job summary

WCG is seeking a Software Test Engineer to join our Quality Engineering team, driving testing, validation, and delivery of WCG named products and systems. You will execute manual and automated tests, prepare validation documentation, and collaborate with Software Engineering, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to ensure product quality and compliance.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in QA/testing, experience with Playwright, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of software QA/test engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with Zephyr, Xray, or TestRail.
• Experience with Playwright automated regression.
• Strong QA methodologies and validation lifecycle.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Review requirements and design documents for testability.
• Develop and execute risk-based testing and CSV artifacts.
• Contribute to automated test suites with Playwright across UI/API/Socket.io.
• Maintain test cases and traceability in Zephyr/JIRA.
• Perform manual regression testing and data set preparation.
• Report defects and verify remediation.
• Support CI/CD test integration and tooling adoption.
• Communicate testing status to stakeholders.
