Job summary

Apex Systems is hiring a QA Automation Test Engineer for a large Healthcare client. This position is fully remote anywhere in the United States and part of a large QA team working with development in an Agile environment.

The role requires deep knowledge of Avaya and AWS Connect, IVR systems, and call center workflows. You will write test cases, develop automation; conduct data mapping for IVR requirements; validate test data with Postman or SoapUI; raise defects in Jira and document findings in

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree is required.
• 2-4 years of QA automation experience.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Cyara, and Postman/SoapUI is required.

Responsibilities

• Write test cases and perform automation testing.
• Conduct data mapping and estimate work effort for IVR requirements.
• Identify IVR conditions for test data and prepare smoke testing data.
• Validate test data using Postman or SoapUI.
• Develop test strategies, define test scenarios, and create test cases from requirements.
• Develop and maintain test scripts and analyze bugs.
• Execute test cases, raise defects using Jira, and document findings in Confluence and Qtest/Quality Center.
