Job summary

5K C&T Services is seeking a qualified Quality Assurance Engineer to support testing of Amazon Connect and cloud-based contact center solutions. This role emphasizes functional testing, test automation, API testing, and end-to-end validation of customer and agent experiences.

Hands-on Amazon Connect experience is preferred but not required. You will design and execute comprehensive test plans, collaborate with developers, and help integrate testing into CI/CD workflows using Jenkins, GitHub

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Software Quality Assurance or Test Automation.
• 2+ years designing automated test frameworks.
• Experience with web apps, REST APIs, cloud-based apps.
• Hands-on with Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, PyTest, or TestNG/JUnit.
• API testing with Postman or similar tools.
• Programming experience in Java, JavaScript, Python, or C#.
• Git experience and defect-tracking in Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Strong Agile, SDLC and STLC understanding.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
