Job summary

10Pearls is seeking a QA/Testing professional to develop and execute test plans for Amazon Connect contact flows, IVR, and related AWS components. You will validate Lambda functions, perform functional and regression testing, and coordinate with developers to track defects.

This full-time remote role requires 3–5 years of QA/testing experience and ability to work Central Time hours, with preference for call center domain knowledge and AWS certifications.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of QA/testing experience.
• Experience with AWS Connect or other call center platforms.
• Familiarity with AWS Lambda.
• Ability to work Central Time hours, even remotely.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans and test cases for Amazon Connect contact flows, IVR call flows, routing profiles, and queues.
• Validate AWS Lambda functions integrated into Connect contact flows (e.g., data lookups, dynamic routing logic, third-party API calls).
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing across call center platform releases and configuration changes.
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution, working closely with the development team.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), coordinating with business and contact center stakeholders to validate new or updated contact flows.
• Monitor and validate call handling, routing accuracy, and system behavior post-deployment.
