Job summary

Harris Computer is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our Mobile Team. You will create, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for new features, bug fixes, integrations, customer scenarios, and release validation, including functional, exploratory, regression, and developer work item testing.

You will document, investigate, reproduce, track, and validate defects in collaboration with developers, product owners, support staff, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience testing software applications with clear defect reports and release notes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with developers, product owners, support staff, and other cross-functional team members.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Windows operating systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and data entry tools.
• Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently in a remote team environment.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for new features, bug fixes, integrations, customer scenarios, and release validation, including functional, exploratory, regression, and developer work item testing.
• Document, investigate, reproduce, track, and validate software defects, enhancement requests, and customer-reported issues in collaboration with developers, product owners, support staff, and other stakeholders.
• Communicate release changes through clear release notes and demonstrations of new features for customers, peers, and internal stakeholders.
• Use approved AI-assisted tools, where appropriate, to support test planning, defect analysis, documentation, and release note drafting.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, testing standards, documentation, and release readiness practices.
