Job summary

inHance, a division of Harris, is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our R&D team and elevate QA practices. The candidate will plan, execute, and interpret test plans, developing automated tests for web and desktop apps using TestComplete and ReadyAPI, with C# and SQL proficiency.

Remote role with global travel, EST/CST timezone preference. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in QA, SDLC insight, and experience with MS SQL, Jira/DevOps, and building automated tests.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in QA.
• Experience scripting automated tests for web and desktop apps.
• Proficient with TestComplete and ReadyAPI; familiar with C# and SQL.
• Experience with MS SQL and Jira/DevOps for bug tracking.

Responsibilities

• Design testing plans and strategies for UI, API, load, performance, integration, and regression testing.
• Oversee all QA aspects: metrics, best practices, and new tools/processes.
• Analyze, recommend, and configure QA tools.
• Write and maintain automated test suites for front-end and back-end.
• Setup and configure test environments; refresh scripts.
• Collect metrics to measure product quality over time.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to improve software quality.
