Job summary

inHance, a division of Harris, is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to strengthen its R&D QA capabilities. The role requires hands-on QA expertise, planning, executing, and interpreting test plans for web and desktop applications.

You will script automated tests using TestComplete and ReadyAPI, work with C# and SQL, and help introduce new tools and methods. Remote work across Canada/US with ~5% travel; EST/CST time zones preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years in QA with experience planning, executing, and interpreting test plans.
• Experience scripting automated tests for web and desktop apps.
• Proficient with TestComplete and ReadyAPI; strong SQL and C# skills.
• Willing to travel ~5% and work in EST/CST time zones preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design testing plans and strategies for UI, API, load, performance, integration, and regression testing for our different products - web and client/server
• Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met
• Analyze, recommend, and configure tools to be used for quality assurance
• Writing and maintaining automated test suites for front-end and back-end components using TestComplete and ReadyAPI
• Installing and configuring test environments
• Develop and maintain existing scripts to refresh testing environments
• Collect metrics to measure the quality of our products over time
• Collaborate with the development team and the rest of QA team to improve software quality
