inHance, a division of Harris, is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to enhance the capabilities of our R&D team. The role requires expanding QA practices and leading automation initiatives across web and desktop applications.

A strong background in scripting automated tests and experience with TestComplete and ReadyAPI are essential. Candidates should have at least 3 years in QA, knowledge of MS SQL, and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years in the QA field.
• Experience scripting automated tests for web and desktop applications.
• Proficient with TestComplete and ReadyAPI; strong C# and SQL skills.

Responsibilities

• Design testing plans for UI, API, load, performance, integration, and regression testing across products.
• Oversee QA metrics and implement new tools and processes to ensure quality goals.
• Analyze, recommend, and configure QA tools and environments.
• Write and maintain automated test suites for frontend and backend components.
