Job summary

inHance, a division of Harris, is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to strengthen our R&D QA capabilities. The candidate should have 3+ years in QA, with expertise in planning, executing, and interpreting test plans, and scripting automated tests for web and desktop apps using TestComplete and ReadyAPI, with C# and SQL knowledge. The role is remote (Canada/US), with travel ~5%.

EST/CST work hours preferred. Salary range 65K-75K USD.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of QA experience in software development.
• Experience planning, executing, and interpreting test plans.
• Proficiency scripting automated tests for web and desktop apps.

Responsibilities

• Design testing plans and strategies for UI, API, load, performance, and regression testing.
• Oversee QA activities, establish metrics, and improve tools and processes.
• Write and maintain automated test suites for front-end and back-end components.
