Qualifications

• Minimum of three years in QA.
• Ability to plan, execute, and interpret test plans.
• Experience scripting automated tests for web and desktop apps.
• Proficiency with TestComplete and ReadyAPI; knowledge of C# and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Design testing plans and strategies for UI, API, load, performance, integration, and regression testing for web and client/server products.
• Oversee all QA activities, establish metrics, and develop new tools/processes.
• Analyze, recommend, and configure QA tools.
• Write and maintain automated test suites for front-end and back-end components using TestComplete and ReadyAPI.
• Install, configure, and refresh testing environments; maintain scripts.
• Collect metrics to monitor product quality over time; collaborate with developers and QA team.
• Assist in improving software quality through cross-team collaboration.
• Compile results and findings for release notes and stakeholders.
