Job summary

InHance, a division of Harris, is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to enhance the capabilities of our R&D team. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in QA, can plan, execute, and interpret test plans, and will script automated tests for web and desktop apps using TestComplete and ReadyAPI. C# and SQL skills are important.

This remote role requires travel up to 5% and supports candidates in the US and Canada, preferably in EST or CST time zones.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in software QA and testing.
• Experience with planning, executing, and interpreting test plans.
• Strong scripting for automated tests for web and desktop apps.
• Proficiency with TestComplete and ReadyAPI; knowledge of C# and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Design testing plans and strategies for UI, API, load, performance, integration, and regression testing for web and client/server products.
• Oversee QA activities, establish metrics, and develop tools/processes to meet quality goals.
• Analyze, recommend, and configure QA tools and environments.
• Write and maintain automated test suites for front-end and back-end components using TestComplete and ReadyAPI.
• Collect and monitor metrics to assess product quality over time.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to improve software quality.
