You will coordinate data analysis, reporting, and commissioning activities across solar, storage, and substation projects nationwide. The position requires PV modeling, data analytics, and strong communication to drive fleet optimization and client reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, science, or a related technical discipline.
• 4+ years’ experience in PV Performance Engineering or data analytics.
• Experience in modeling using software like PVSyst, PlantPredict, SAM, and so on.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite.
• Experience with programming languages like Python, VBA, MATLAB, Java, and others.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of time.
• Broad understanding of the Renewable Energy industry with emphasis on Service and Construction preferred.
• Foster a spirit of collaboration between teams.
• Experience working for a diverse multi-disciplined company.
• Strong communication skills to clearly articulate vision into an executable plan.

Aufgaben

• Oversee day-to-day operational activities of active projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams to collect data and deliver reports and tests.
• On-board active projects into internal Performance Team platforms.
• Track issues and optimize fleet performance with cross-functional teams.
• Troubleshoot performance data and correlate with workorder data for reporting.
• Lead junior engineers in daily coordination of operational activities.
• Maintain understanding of site designs, equipment, and issues.
• Analyze energy losses and performance impacts from outages.
• Update client reports including commissioning plans and forecasts.
• Support field teams with prioritization based on criticality and failures.
• Engage with OEMs, field techs, and SCADA engineers to resolve issues.
• Grow into subject-matter expert for PV power plants.
• Conduct PV system energy model runs and review drawings for accuracy.
• Prepare troubleshooting templates and improve workflows.
