Maximus is seeking an Analyst, Pursuit Operations to support planning, coordination, and execution of complex business development pursuits and proposals. This role maintains schedules, trackers, milestones, and status reporting to keep teams aligned and on track to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of experience or equivalent combination.
• Experience organizing pursuit schedules, workplans, action-item logs, and trackers.
• Strong attention to detail, responsiveness and cross-functional coordination.
• Ability to use AI-enabled tools to summarize updates and improve follow-up efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support pursuit readiness activities by maintaining schedules, trackers, and workstream materials.
• Maintain workplans, action-item logs, decision trackers, and milestone calendars.
• Track owners, due dates, dependencies, and follow-up actions for schedule adherence.
• Monitor milestones, flag risks, and escalate barriers requiring leadership attention.
• Coordinate questions, meetings, reminders, and follow-ups across teams.
• Prepare concise status updates on progress, deadlines, risks, and next steps.
• Use approved AI-enabled tools to summarize updates and improve reporting and follow-up efficiency.
