You will manage schedules, workplans, action trackers, milestone calendars, and status reporting to keep teams aligned and on track for deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field and 3+ years of professional experience or equivalent combination.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple contributors.

Responsibilities

• Support pursuit readiness activities by maintaining schedules, trackers, and workstream coordination materials.
• Maintain workplans, action-item logs, decision trackers, milestone calendars, risk registers, and status reports.
• Track owner assignments, due dates, dependencies, open items, and follow-up actions to ensure schedule adherence.
