Job summary

Interpublic’s Momentum Worldwide unit is seeking a Purchasing Specialist to manage client and overhead payables, vendor invoices, and expense reporting. You will ensure policy compliance, accurate coding, and timely processing across Concur and PO systems.

You will review card statements, invoices, and reconciliations, collaborate with accounting, and uphold internal controls while supporting procurement workflows in a hybrid in-office/remote environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounts payable experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to train others.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review employee purchasing card statements for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Process vendor invoices and ensure proper coding and approvals.
• Manage AP inbox and reconcile vendor statements.
• Coordinate with Shared Services for vendor setup and payments.
