Omnicom’s Momentum Worldwide is seeking a Purchasing Specialist to review and process client and overhead vendor payables and expenses, including invoices and expense reports. You will audit items against policy, ensure receipts are provided, and apply correct coding and approvals.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work cross-functionally within the finance team. In-office presence is required with some remote options as noted in the posting.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of A/P experience required.
• Exceptional communication skills and training ability necessary
• Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite programs including Outlook, Excel and Word.

• Review employee purchasing card statements to ensure information and receipts are provided and expenses are timely.
• Review employee expense reports in Concur for policy compliance and timeliness.
• Process vendor invoices and ensure proper authorization and coding; reconcile vendor statements.
