Qualifications

• 5+ years of purchasing experience with a major home builder and remodeling company.
• Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Understanding of Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Bid out and manage all contracts, and submit invoices.
• Negotiate lowest costs and creatively source products.
• Partner with senior management on spec levels.
• Develop scopes of work and budgets for renovations.
• Manage, train, and fire general contractors and subcontractors.
• Recruit new contractors and vendor relationships.
