Job summary

Ridgeford Operations, based in Phoenix, seeks a Purchasing Coordinator to manage supplier acknowledgments, match receipts with POs, and track certificates and quality holds. This role ensures only usable material enters production planning, with a remote-friendly schedule across U.S. business hours.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in purchasing, procurement, expediting or inventory control.
• Experience working with purchase orders in an ERP system.
• Proficiency in Excel for tracking open orders and supplier dates.
• APICS CPIM or a supply chain course is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Chase supplier acknowledgments for open purchase orders and record the confirmed dates.
• Match receipts against purchase orders and note short, partial and early deliveries.
• Follow up on missing certificates and material on inspection hold.
• Update the purchasing view the client’s planners use each morning.
• Write up supplier delays with the order, part, and new date.
