Job summary

Red Project Management LLC is seeking a reliable Purchasing Assistant to support procurement operations, including digital assets and client projects, coordinating tasks, processing transactions, and maintaining records.

This part-time, commission-based Independent Contractor role offers remote work with potential transition to full-time, and rewards accuracy, reliability, and proactive communication across vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of purchasing/procurement experience.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic ERP software.

Responsibilities

• Assist with assigned purchasing and procurement projects.
• Research and identify products, services, vendors, or options based on requirements.
• Coordinate purchasing activities from request through completion.
• Process and document transactions accurately.
• Maintain organized purchasing records, receipts, invoices, and documentation.
• Communicate with vendors, suppliers, clients, and internal teams.
