Job summary

Zillow Group Inc. is seeking a remote, Mississippi-based Mortgage Loan Officer focused on purchase loans. You will originate from application to close, leveraging Zillow’s ecosystem and tools to provide tailored financing solutions.

You'll work in a structured, metrics-driven environment with strong support from centralized operations and a commitment to exceptional customer experience. Prior MLO licensing and a successful SAFE exam are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mortgage origination experience with purchase focus.
• ,
• Completion of the 20-hour CORE Pre-Licensing Education and successful passage of the SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator Test – National Component with Uniform State Content.
• ,
• Physically located in and working remotely from Mississippi.
• ,
• Strong client service orientation with consultative sales skills and deep understanding of the mortgage process.

Responsibilities

• Originate and manage purchase mortgage loans from application through closing.
• Convert opportunities into funded loans through proactive follow-up and borrower consultation.
• Build relationships with customers and local partners, including Zillow Preferred Agents.
• Manage an active pipeline to meet service levels and funding expectations.
