Qualifications

• 3+ years of mortgage origination experience focused on purchase loans.
• Active NMLS license or license under a federal bank.
• Physically located in Virginia and able to work remotely.
• Strong client service, consultative sales, and KPI-driven performance.

Responsibilities

• Originate and manage purchase mortgage loans from application to closing.
• Convert opportunities into funded loans through proactive follow-ups.
• Build relationships with customers and Zillow Preferred Agents.
• Manage an active pipeline to meet service levels and funding targets.
• Leverage CRM, LOS, and data tools to manage pipeline health.
• Collaborate with processing, underwriting, and closing teams.
• Deliver high-quality customer experiences via phone, email, and text.
• Stay current on market trends and lending programs.
• Maintain licensing and pursue ongoing professional development.
