Zillow Group is seeking a purchase-focused Mortgage Loan Officer to originate home loans for customers referred through its ecosystem. You may work in a high-volume, phone-driven setting or a consultative, market-based model, delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Remote role with a residence in Kansas; relocation requests may be reviewed. Competitive base pay plus equity awards and incentive compensation, with strong growth opportunities within Zillow’s platform and support network.

Formación

• 3+ years of mortgage origination experience with emphasis on purchase transactions.
• Completion of the 20-hour CORE Pre-Licensing Education and passage of SAFE MLO Test – National Component with Uniform State Content.
• Physically located in and working remotely from Kansas.

Responsabilidades

• Originate and manage purchase mortgage loans from application through closing.
• Convert opportunities into funded loans through proactive follow-up and borrower consultation.
• Build relationships with customers and Zillow Preferred Agents and local partners.
