Job summary

Zillow Home Loans, part of Zillow Group, is seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer to originate purchase loans within Zillow’s ecosystem. You will guide borrowers from first contact to funding, in a role that may be high-volume or market-based, with a structured, metrics-driven environment and supportive technology.

This remote role requires residency in Minnesota and may include time in an office. The team emphasizes compliance, customer experience, and partnership with Zillow’s brand and operations

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mortgage origination experience with emphasis on purchase loans.
• Completion of CORE Pre-Licensing Education and SAFE Mortgage License test (as applicable).
• Physically located in and working remotely from Minnesota.

Responsibilities

• Originate and manage purchase mortgage loans from application to closing.
• Convert opportunities into funded loans through proactive follow-up and consultation.
• Build relationships with customers and local partners; manage active pipeline and meet KPIs.
