Zillow Home Loans, part of Zillow Group, is hiring a purchase-focused Mortgage Loan Officer to originate home loans for customers within Zillow’s ecosystem. You will guide borrowers from first contact through funding, delivering a best-in-class experience.

Depending on background, you may work in high-volume digital or relationship-based markets. This remote role requires residing in Vermont with potential office time and involves staying compliant with licensing and regulatory requirements

Qualificações

• 3+ years of mortgage origination experience with purchase transactions.
• Completion of the 20-hour CORE Pre-Licensing Education and successful passage of the SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator Test – National Component with Uniform State Content.
• Physically located in and working remotely from Vermont.

Responsabilidades

• Originate and manage purchase mortgage loans from application through closing.
• Convert opportunities into funded loans through proactive follow-up and borrower consultation.
• Build relationships with customers and local partners including Zillow Preferred Agents.
• Manage an active pipeline meeting service levels and funding expectations.
• Leverage Zillow’s CRM/LOS/data tools to manage pipeline and engagement.
• Coordinate with centralized processing, underwriting, and closing teams to move loans efficiently.
• Deliver high-quality customer experience via phone, email, and text.
